Our client who specialise in bridging and development finance are looking for an experienced Business Development manager to join their team. They are experts in short term lending such as bridging loans & development finance and therefore it is imperative you have experience within both. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship / Business Development Manager who has excellent personal and communication skills along with the ability to assess key information quickly and react quickly to new opportunities as they arise. This is a more than a typical BDM role as you will be expected to originate, assess and check the viability of a loan before presenting to the underwriting team. This is a sales role, based from home with occasional visits to the office. AsBusiness Development Manager you will also be required to attend external meetings with brokers/introducers and other key external stakeholders when required. Our client is offering a competitive salary with great earning potential, reporting directly to the Business Development Director. The successful candidate will be based in either the Midlands, Yorkshire or the North West.
