Our client, a next generation Digital Marketing Agency, have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Campaign Manager to join their team of marketing experts based in Liverpool.  As Campaign Manager working with the central marketing team, you will develop strategic long-term customer relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals. You will be the single point of contact through the campaign lifecycle ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback and optimisation whilst driving continued improvement.

Role:


As Campaign Manager working with the central marketing team, you will develop strategic long-term customer relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals. You will be the single point of contact through the campaign lifecycle ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback and optimisation whilst driving continued improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working with a defined “account list” of Vendors/VMM/BU to develop an understand and knowledge of their corporate guidelines, channel/audience marketing strategy
  • In collaboration with Vendor Marketing Managers (VMM) to identify and provide a cohesive and structured approached to the briefing of campaigns and projects, whilst ensuring campaigns are an integral part of the Business Planning process for Solution and Vendor Businesses.
  • Devising marketing campaigns with the intent of creating marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and developing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Providing a campaign proposal in a standardized format with Rate Card pricing utilised where applicable. And, also providing a “Value Add” incremental marketing proposal where applicable for the upsell of marketing services and solutions
  • Briefing designers and copywriters (via briefing documentation and Studio Manager) to work on campaigns
  • Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriter and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to and to ensure content created is accurate and error-free
  • Ensure content created is accurate and error-free
  • Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of products and platform to provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements customised to customers’ business need
  • Creating and managing customer success plans through to conclusion.
  • Holding and documenting effective customer project reviews.
  • Providing effective issue management and resolution.
  • Identifying customer trends and enhancement opportunities and report back to management.
  • Leverage programmatic approaches to engage vendors in growth opportunities.
  • Deliver business growth and marketing profit as key metrics of success.


Skills & Experience


Essential:


  • Experience in B2B marketing practice especially the successful planning, execution and reporting for multiple parallel marketing campaigns
  • An understanding of creative design and the full marketing mix.
  • Vision to deliver compelling marketing strategies
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced running paid media campaigns, (LinkedIn ads, Google PPC, Facebook ads)
  • Experience of working in a Campaign Manager / Project Management role in a digital agency, IT, or data focused organisation.
  • Commercial acumen
  • Customer facing experience
  • Excellent presentation skills


Desirable:


  • Degree educated with a marketing qualification (e.g., CIM or IDM) or proven equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of vendor fund management and interfacing with leading IT vendors preferred
  • Copy writing experience (emails / eBooks / press releases / blogs)
  • Platform Experience (HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress, Google Data Studio)
  • Google Analytics / PPC / SEO
  • Experience of process development and documentation
  • Experience of a SaaS environment
  • Track record of learning and demonstrating new technologies
  • Tech channel experience
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
