Due to increased business, our client, a well-established, independent and award-winning wealth management company, have a fantastic opportunity available for Client Services Administrator to join their small, friendly and growing practice based in Chester. Our client pride themselves on working with their clients to create and preserve wealth through effective financial planning and portfolio management with a relationship-based approach. As Client Services Administrator, you will support the on-boarding of new clients into the business, ensuring that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of customer care. We are looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure and has the confidence & patience required to deal with difficult situations.

Role:


As Client Services Administrator, you will support the on-boarding of new clients into the business, ensuring that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of customer care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of customer care
  • Supporting the on-boarding of new clients into the business
  • Maintaining existing client review communications
  • Working within the Client Services team to support and deal with queries from all clients to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained
  • Supporting the delivery of and achievement of the client service standards
  • Client continual improvement feedback communications and maintenance 
  • Individual workflow and task delivery.


Essential Skills:


  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise clients clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
  • Listening skills, to understand exactly what clients require
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
  • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standard
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organisational and planning skills to develop customer services policies
  • Good personal presentation, especially when working with clients face to face
  • A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis
