Our client, an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency based in Chester, have a new opportunity for a Paid Media Specialist to join their talented Digital Marketing department. As Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the end to end campaign management on Paid Social and Paid Media, maximising the performance of your campaigns in line with KPI’s from your clients. This is a role that harnesses both your analytical skills and your creative flair, a winning combination! We’re looking for someone with previous experience in paid search and social, but we also want someone who thinks like a marketer, who understands the bigger picture and can help adapt clients’ strategic priorities into tactical campaigns with appropriate KPIs.

Role:


As Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the end to end campaign management on Paid Social and Paid Media, maximising the performance of your campaigns in line with KPI’s from your clients. Personal development is made a priority, on an individual basis and as a member of the team, through working smarter rather than harder and learning new skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver our Paid Media department’s services and ensure we provide what clients need from us
  • End to end campaign management on Paid Social and Paid Media from, full build, ad copy reviews to reporting and analysis
  • Maximise the performance of your campaigns in line with key performance indicators for our clients
  • Using data and interrogating the numbers to understand what’s working and what’s not
  • Share new developments in PPC with the wider business
  • Establish a strong relationship with the client services team, keeping them up to date with the performance of your campaigns, any issues you’ve encountered and any opportunities you’ve found.
  • Work with the creative and development departments, incorporating their ideas to bring your campaigns to life
  • Working with other departments to develop marketing-led digital strategies for clients
  • Immerse yourself in the marketing and digital industry, keep up to date with relevant trends and keep on the lookout for new techniques


Skills:


  • 2-5 years’ experience running PPC campaigns through Google/Bing/Facebook Ads
  • Solid understanding of search, social & display platforms
  • Appreciates the importance of KPIs and working to objectives
  • Is comfortable with being held accountable for their work
  • Able to divine wonderful insights from Google Analytics & spreadsheets
  • A detail-oriented individual with a combination of creative and analytical skills
  • You’re eager to learn new things and to acquire new skills


Desirable skills:


  • Experience with/understanding of additional channels such as Amazon Marketplace and Affiliates
  • Understanding of marketing strategy (4Ps, STP, brand building)
  • Experience working with Shopify sites
  • Experience with product feed management
