PPC Manager

Our client, an expert comparison service for SME’s based in Chester, are looking for a talented and passionate PPC Manager to join their team. As PPC Manager, you must be able to create workable PPC plans and execute them with a high degree of success. You must also be analytical and able to produce regular performance reporting to demonstrate progress against agreed objectives and targets. Most importantly, you will be expected to carry out all agreed PPC work for both Google and Bing and therefore must have the ability and desire to do so. You will be responsible for the company’s online presence, developing creative and engaging strategies to boost their social community. You will be managing PPC and paid social accounts whilst being involved in granular optimisation and strategy planning.

Role:


The role of PPC Manager will focus on the company website, blog, e-mail campaigns and social accounts. You will take ownership and control of both the Google and Bing ads platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership and control of both the Google and Bing ads platforms.
  • Manage PPC campaign bid strategy positioning to achieve optimal outcomes for the business.
  • Carry out new product PPC campaign builds and launches on both the Google and Bing platforms.
  • Manage negative and positive search term outcomes from the Search terms reports.
  • Regularly report on PPC activity and performance.


Skills;


  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or other appropriate qualification (or relevant experience).
  • Training and / or qualifications in PPC marketing
  • Strategy development for PPC marketing
  • Creation of workable and successful PPC plans
  • The ability to deliver against the agreed plans
  • The ability to carry out keyword research and planning
  • Expert knowledge of Google and Bing advertising platform’s
  • The ability to conceive and generate engaging and appropriate content PPC campaign structures
  • The ability to conceive and generate engaging and appropriate content PPC adverts
  • Excellent technical knowledge of visitor and conversion tracking.
  • Advanced Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot tables.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to present to small groups of colleagues
