Our client, a cutting edge top 100 SME Fintech that’s building market-leading technology aimed at disrupting the industry, are currently going through a growth phase and looking to expand their team of Digital Designers to design, build and optimise their exciting customer journeys. You will be working across customer-facing websites, apps and bespoke journeys. As Digital Designer, you will have experience concepting and creating beautiful, engaging and relevant work across all social and digital marketing channels.

Role:

You will be working across customer-facing websites, apps and bespoke journeys. You will be responsible for creating captivating responsive web layouts, creating content to improve the customer experience and SEO, creating user-centric customer experiences, designing user faced elements, creating original graphic designs and adhering to style standards on fonts, colours, tone-of-vice, and images.

Key Responsibilities:

• In collaboration and guidance with our marketing department, design social media adverts and marketing emails. (Don’t worry, you’ll never have to build/code the email!)
• You will design digital assets, test, and optimise based on their performance
• creating captivating responsive web layouts
• Creating content to improve the customer experience and SEO
• Creating original graphic designs and adhering to style standards on fonts, colours, tone-of-vice, and images

Essential Skills:

• You love design and want to develop your skills across a multitude of different platforms
• You will help design and develop our brand styles
• You will love designing websites, whether that’s from a wireframe or your own initiative
• You love creating pixel perfect work that builds trust in our brands and sparks joy for your customers
• You have knowledge and experience using design tools, whether that’s XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator
• You have an interest or some experience in simple animation or video using After Effects
