Full Stack PHP Developer

Our client, an established top 100 SME Fintech that’s building market-leading technology aimed at disrupting the industry, are looking for a talented Full Stack PHP developer to join their technology team and work on projects that can make a difference to people’s lives. Working alongside an experienced team of developers you will be responsible for creating new features and enhancements to ensure they stay at the forefront of new technologies. You will have the opportunity to cross train to acquire new skills.

Role:


Working alongside an experienced team of developers you will be responsible for creating new features and enhancements to ensure we stay at the forefront of new technologies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Creating new features to aid the expansion of projects
  • Enhance features to ensure we stay at the forefront of new technologies
  • Collaborate with designers, project, and commercial teams
  • Growing and sharing your knowledge with the rest of the team


Essential Skills:


  • 2 + years’ experience in a commercial environment
  • Laravel or experience working with other PHP MVC frameworks
  • Front-end technologies including Vue, tailwind, JS/jQuery
  • MySQL
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs


Desirable Skills:


  • Flutter or other App Development Frameworks
  • Unit Testing
  • AWS
  • Jenkins / CI Tools
  • Docker
  • Linux server
  • Financial Services industry experience
