As Digital Marketing Manager you will have previous experience within both organic and paid advertising as well as across all other digital methods.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the Managing Director in a diverse range of marketing activities. You will be a key contributor to the commercial success of the business and proactively manage many vital areas of the marketing function, especially in relation to digital marketing, PR and content output. To achieve this, you will need to be a confident communicator with an excellent grasp of English, a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as extensive experience achieving commercial marketing objectives through a variety of online and offline communication channels.

Social media management – You will have full responsibility and control over the social media strategy and content output across all platforms, ensuring our posts are creative, engaging and responsive to the commercial needs of the business. You will proactively work to increase engagement across all platforms including Instagram & Tik Tok.
Digital advertising – You will directly manage Google and Facebook advertising, as well as other PPC platforms, ensuring ads are at their most effective and highly targeted to the right customer demographics. You will be expected to report on the monthly success of our online advertising and find innovative ways to continuously improve our ad performance.
SEO and Digital PR – Monitor and maintain our SEO positions through website content and digital outreach.
Content generation & copy writing – To liaise with internal departments for story generation to use across all platforms. As well as written content, you will take a central role in co-ordinating video, photography and interactive media in social media messaging.
Video shoots – You will prepare monthly video shoots and be responsible for having the content edited.
