We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of the UK’s fastest growing property investment consultancy firms for a Lead Generator to join their team based in Chester to help them achieve their ambitious goals for 2021. Priding themselves on being a step ahead of the market, our client helps their clients make informed and guided decisions regarding their investment goals. As Lead Generator, it is essential that you have a passion for sales, are proactive and self-motivated and use excellent organisational skills to maximise your time. 

As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively question customers in order to establish their needs. If you have a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets and draw energy from being part of an ambitious and growing team, this role would be perfect for you. This role offers great earning potential and fantastic opportunities to progress into an established Property Investment Consultant.


Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to generate sales income and provide profitable management of client accounts within the existing and potential customer base.  As Sales Executive, you will be contacting existing and potential clients to introduce our investment opportunities and generate qualified leads for Sales, with the ability to confidently overcome objections.

If you believe you have what it takes to succeed in a sales role, there is support in place to make you a sales expert. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales, contacting existing and potential clients to introduce our investment opportunities and generate qualified leads for Sales
  • Utilising outbound call time effectively via auto dialer system and transferring immediate lead referrals across to Sales
  • Managing follow up calls effectively and maintaining a stable pipeline
  • Actively developing and maintaining knowledge of product offering, competitors and market
  • Meeting / exceeding all set KPI’s


Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone
  • Self-starter, driven by a desire to succeed and achieve personal and company goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn about complex products and services and accurately relay to prospects
  • Ability to stay focused and motivated, especially when faced with rejection
  • Ability to overcome objections confidently
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative is desirable but if you believe you have what it takes to succeed in a sales role, then no experience is required!
