We are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of one of the UK’s leading online estate agents, for a driven and motivated Sales Progressor to join their head office in Chester. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join a highly regarded, well established and national brand who have rapidly grew since they became one of the first online auction estate agencies in the UK 16 years ago. As Sales Progressor you will be responsible for dealing with a sale once an offer has been accepted, liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers to push the sale through to completion, providing an outstanding service along the way. You will be managing the company sales pipelines from offer to completion, dealing with and resolving issues along the way so you’ll need to be think-skinned and hungry to get things done. You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly. You will need to be an out-and-out sales progressions expert with drive and motivation to overcome problems and get completions done quickly to keep clients happy and deliver on company promises. As Sales Progressor you will be experienced and proactive to pick up the phone and chase information from buyer and seller solicitors and other 3rd party stakeholders to resolve enquiries and complete sales in far faster timescales than they would otherwise do. You will drive completions in tight auction timescales and deliver on company promises to clients. You must be on the front foot always, never accepting delays or inaction for any reason.
