They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team managing employees across 2 sites. As HR Advisor you will provide valuable guidance and advise on best practises for recruitment and retention of employees, as well as assisting in day to day HR matter. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for their next move to join a growing business in a stand-alone HR role that offers autonomy whilst working closely with both directors and senior management team.

To provide valuable guidance and advise on best practises for recruitment and retention of employees, as well as assisting in day to day HR matters. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department nurtures a healthy work environment and contributes to achieving our business goals.
The successful HR Advisor will have previous experience of working in a Human Resources environment in an advisory position, which will include advice and support for managers, training, responsibility for issues such as the appointment and dismissal of staff, grievance, disciplinary procedures, absence management etc.
