There are occasions when an exit is agreed with an individual and an employee leaves a business under the terms of a settlement agreement. This can sometimes be very amicable but in most cases it can be a difficult process to manage; from making an offer to an employee, through to agreeing the terms. When you have a specific issue or know that you have a specific project to work on (for example, a settlement agreement, training, a redundancy process or a specific disciplinary issue), we offer support on a project by project basis. This can either be on an hourly basis or an agreed fee in advance.
